This situation has been going on for a long time, and unfortunately, we are not in a position to change it. We are in constant contact with the Polish post office. However, they do not give us any specific dates, so the blockade may be lifted.
Therefore, we would like to inform you about the available options that you can choose:
1. You can wait until the Polish National Post starts shipping to your country, and we will send out your parcel as soon as that happens.
2. You can request a refund, and we will return you 100% of the deposited funds. We will not charge you with handling or other fees. You will receive a refund of the exact amount charged to your account.
3. You can have your order shipped by courier, but you will have to pay all customs and tax fees and any courier fees. The exact amount of these fees is unknown to us because most often depends on the destination country and the internal regulations of courier companies.
