Não lembro dessa carta, mas olhe se não está escrito, toda vez que você "fizer uma ação que lhe de dinheiro", ao invés de "toda vez que ganhar dinheiro", isso muda tudo o efeito e restringe apenas a ação realizada.

Na verdade, é o que o leandro disse. A soberania está no que a carta diz. Se ela está falando "ação" significa que vc tem que ir a Aurora's Realm Shop (se n me engano é o nome do local aonde se pega moedas no tabuleiro) e fazer essa ação. Se tiver a quest plot que diz que toda vez que vc for lá, ganha mais duas moedas, por exemplo, assim será (pegará 6 ao invés de 4). Toda vez não é o mesmo que toda ação.

Não pode. Leia atentamento o texto da carta que diz que toda vez que você tomar uma ação x (receber um ladino) você ganha y (2 dinheiros). 

Tomar uma ação no jogo é designar um agente a uma localidade. Então o dinheiro que você ganha graças a plot quest não é oriundo de uma ação e por isso não te dá direito a receber nada.

Exatamente! Se eu tenho uma plot quest que diz que "toda vez que eu fizer uma ação que me dê ladinos, posso pegar outro e colocar em minha taverna", se assim eu jogar uma Intriga (que não deixa de ser uma ação) e nela eu puder pegar dois ladinos, tbm posso pegar mais um, ficando com 3 ladinos. Agora, isso já n acontece se o meu adversário jogar a Intriga e eu tbm receber um ladino dele pq a carta dele tb beneficia um adversário dele. Eu pego o ladino que ele me deu, mas n pego um ladino a mais (pq eu n fiz a ação, nesse caso).
