Isso vai dar tanto rolo, que os caras da Roxley/VFI vão querer a todo custo nos enviar de volta os jogos. E chegando aqui, a RF vai estar tão p%$@ com esse assunto pq vai tomar um calor da Roxley, que vai nos violentar com a maior taxa possível.
Não quero ser o pessimista de plantão, mas a gente sabe como as coisas são por aqui.
Eu já pedi reembolso da Roxley, e não vou aceitar outra solução. A menos que venha através de algum importador e passe reto sem imposto.

TL;DR – Orders turned back by customs will be replaced with a shipment from the USA within 1-2 months. Local publisher/distributor Conclave Editora is assisting.
Firstly, we would like to thank all of you for your support of this project, your patience with the delivery delay, and for reporting and documenting everything for us.
As many of you know, approximately 75% of the shipment intended for Brazilian backers from VFI was turned away by local customs, citing issues of documentation, and sent back to China. Roxley and VFI are still investigating how and why this happened, as it is not what anybody expected, but in the meantime, you – our backers – need a solution.
Roxley does not feel it is appropriate to expect you to wait 6 months for the games to return to China, and then to be reshipped back to Brazil afterwards.
Therefore we will be shipping replacements immediately from our US-based fulfillment partner, Quartermaster Logistics. QML estimates this shipment will take 30-35 days.
To minimize the chances of customs delays, issues, and additional duties, we have partnered with Brazilian publisher/distributor Conclave Editora to advise both Roxley and QML, and to receive the games on your behalf. After receiving the shipment, Conclave Editora will take charge of getting your games to you within Brazil.
We are very grateful for the cooperation of VFI, QML, and Conclave Editora for helping us to arrange this solution.
For most backers, no further action is required. Your games will be automatically shipped to you.
If you need to change your shipping address within the next few weeks, please let us know ASAP at ks@roxley.com so we can make sure it is updated.

Recebi essa resposta hoje de um email que mandei semana passada.

The games are now en route from QML to Conclave Editora, who will ensure they are received successfully without further delay or exorbitant import duties. I don't have a date yet for this given the Christmas shipping season but we were told to expect it to take 1-2 more weeks, after which Conclave Editora will generate tracking numbers for you and the other backers.
