Que acham desse modo solo? Achei no fórum BGG. Aí dá não testei.
I can't claim credit for all of these rules, as they're also based on the work of many others on these forums. I love playing games solo, but I don't personally like getting a score and then looking at a chart to see how well I did. Instead, I like to have someone to "beat". The principle of this variant is that the AI is grabbing tiles and goods off the board, but they're only concerned with VPs. If you're not sure what to do at any point, pick the course of action which would generate the most VPs for the AI.
What you'll need: an extra D4 (or an app to roll one on your smartphone).
1. Setup as usual for the two player game. Give the AI a regular player board (#1). Give the AI three goods, two workers, and a silverling just like a normal player.
2. You will go first, so you get one worker.
3. You play as normal.
4. The AI's turn: Roll their dice individually. Do not roll the AI's dice until it's time for its turn. The first die will determine which depot they pick up tiles from. The second die will determine which tile they pick up (1-3 top/left, 4-6 bottom/right). If there is only one tile, they will pick that one no matter what. If the depot has no tiles, they do nothing.
5. Place the tile on their player mat according to the following rules:
a. Place on an adjacent space if possible, otherwise place anywhere the tile goes.
b. You pick the space, but if the AI has the opportunity to complete an area it will do so.
c. The AI scores points in the same manner as you for completing an area.
d. If the AI picks a ship: Place on mat and move the AI's marker on the turn track. Yes, this means they can go before you do. Take ALL the goods from the depot with the most goods waiting. If there's a tie, determine randomly. The AI will IMMEDIATELY sell ALL of those goods off (as well as all of their starting goods, if they still have them), getting a silverling. They also get 2 VPs per good shipped.
e. If the AI picks a Castle: Place the castle on the mat. Roll again to take another tile off the board just as before (this is their extra action).
f. If the AI picks a building: Place the building on the mat. Ignore any effects of the building. The AI ignores the rule that duplicate buildings cannot be in the same area.
g. If the AI picks an animal: Place the animals in the most advantageous way possible and score as normal.
h. If the AI picks a knowledge: Place as usual but ignore the effects of all knowledge *EXCEPT THOSE THAT GENERATE VPs*. For example, the AI would utilize the knowledge that generates an extra point every time an animal is placed, and would score VPs at the end of the game for knowledges that work that way.
i. If the AI picks a mine: Place the mine as usual. At the end of the phase, the mine will generate silverlings as normal. These are for scoring at the end of the game.
j. If the AI picks a tile it cannot place on its board, simply discard the tile.
6. In rounds 2 - 5, roll a D4 at the end of the AI's turn to "buy" a tile from the black market. 1, 2, 3, 4 = Up, Right, Down, Left. The AI does not pay for these tiles. Place the tile according to the rules above. If there is no tile on the number they roll, do nothing.
7. The AI can pick up the bonus tiles for filling in all of their spaces in the same way you can. In fact, they often will.
8. At the end of the game, score the AI just like a player.
______________________________
I know it seems like a lot of rules but it's really not so different. In principle, you're ignoring the effects of buildings and just placing tiles straight onto his mat. Ships are dramatically altered to give the AI enough extra points. Thus far I've found the AI to score roughly the same as a player, which provides me a nice little challenge. You can beat the AI when you play well, and sometimes just when it rolls poorly. It provides an adaptive situation that forces you to play catch up in victory points and think of ways to squeeze ahead. I'm really looking forward to the community's feedback on this variant and would love to hear what you have to say!
