Sobre a sua pergunta, se entendi direito a dúvida, a carta permite premiar mais de um jogador se houver empate entre os jogadores que tiverem mais melhorias. Por isso o plural.

Segundo o Unofficial Agricola Compendium (https://alavigne.net/Gaming/Agricola/agricola-comp-v9.0.html#I221):
