Depende, Hit and Run sim,envolvida no combate! Wave serpernt pode estar adjacente.

Segue algumas denominações que peguei no FAQ oficial caso alguém venha ter a mesma dúvida minha:

Hit & Run - can I retreat to a planet diagonally? No. It states Adjacent Area, which means they must share a gold border 

Hit & Run - if I retreat my last unit, do I still do damage? Yes, the assess damage phase still occurs, after which you would jump to the Resolution Phase as only one player has units/bastions remaining 

Hit & Run - if I retreat my last unit, does that unit still get attacked in the execution round? No. The unit is no longer in the battle, so even though the execution round finishes, the retreated unit is not targetable for damage 

Wave Serpent - Can I move any Level 0/1 units anywhere on the board? No, just to an adjacent area to the combat area. This is a move, so no moving routed units, but can start combat as specified on the card
