Hello! First I'd like to say how sorry we are that you haven't received your game. We had a plan to ship the games to our Brazilian fulfillment partner, but they have since been unresponsive and they were our only fulfillment contact for Brazil. It is very hard to ship directly to Brazil without packages getting lost and without customs charges and fees.
We found a solution! We are shipping games to VFI Asia that have listed Brazil as friendly shipping country which means no import taxes or fees. The games will be ready to ship out towards the end of August, but they will go out! Thank you very much for your patience and I'm sorry that it has taken so long for this to happen.
