Mandei email para a Z-Man. Vou aguardar uma resposta.
Estou ansioso.

Hello, Zev.
Sorry, my last email was sent on November 2015. Since the release of my adaptation of Pandemic ate Ludopedia website forum, many people helped me with sugestions to make it better. Last week i have finished the cards. I made the cards in square size of 45 x 45 mm, but they ask me to make them with the same proportion of Pandemic cards. Many teachers are using the Pandemic Brasil with their students at classroom. Biology and Geography teachers are the most interested.
Ok, let’s talk about this project. My goal, as a teacher, is purely pedagogic and playful. I have no financial pretensions. Let's make that very clear. I'm not making any money from it at all. Personally it would be fantastic if Z-Man produced the Pandemic Brazil version. I'm grateful for that.
If you do not authorize me to keep the archives available to people, I will not have a problem closing the project with respect to your work and copyright.
THE BOARD
https://www.dropbox.com/home/PANDEMIC%20BRASIL?preview=Mapa+v1.5.pdf
The network of connections between cities is exactly the same as the original game. I turned, pulling here and there so I could fit the 27 capitals and other smaller cities on the map of Brazil. The only connections I have created are the overhead connections, which are those with dashed lines with airplanes. For example, the capital BOA VISTA in the northern yellow part is equivalent to Santiago de Chile in the map of the original Pandemic
To divide the map of Brazil into 4 regions, I did not use the official regional division of the country, which has 5 macroregions. I was guided by a professor of geography and another of biology. I preferred to use the common viral diseases that exist in Brazil. So we have yellow fever (yellow), dengue (blue), zika virus (black) and meningitis (red).
TOKENS
https://www.dropbox.com/home/PANDEMIC%20BRASIL?preview=Tokens.pdf
These tokens are small tokens representing diseases that have been cured or eradicated. They are placed over the circular virus icons on the bottom of the board.
CARDS
https://www.dropbox.com/home/PANDEMIC%20BRASIL?preview=Cartas+Tamanho+Original+v1.5.pdf
The first pages of this pdf show information and instructions for printing the cards.
Then we have the player cards. Each card shows the name of the city, the state where it is located, the city population (source: wikipedia), the city flag or coat of arms, and the location of the city on the map. The capitals have an icon that indicates to the players that the city is a capital.
Next we have the event cards. The names of events I have adapted according to the political and economic characteristics of Brazil. Here is a brief explanation of them (some are equal to the original events of Pandemic and others I created myself):
- Meeting in the Presidential Planalto Palace - look at the first 6 cards of infestation.
- NGO support - skip the infestation phase.
- Actions in City Schools - remove an infestation card from the game.
- Growth Acceleration Program (PAC is a project created by President Lula a few years ago for infrastructure development, mainly in the cities of the interior of the country) - Each player shows the card with the smallest population in his hands. The two less populous cities each earn a research center and eliminate a single cube.
- Councilmen approve Project - Build a research center in any city
- More Doctors Program (This was a program created by President Dilma to bring doctors from Cuba to cities in the interior of Brazil) - move up to 2 cubes of the same color from two cities to another non-capital city connected to them.
- Vaccination Campaign - Select up to 3 cities contaminated by a CURED disease and remove 1 cube from each. All cubes should be the same color.
- Brazilian Congress of Epidemiology - - Brazilian Congress of Epidemiology - Select a capital, place a research center on it and move 1 cube of each color present on the map to that capital.
- Aeronautics support - move a player to any city on the map
- Science without Borders (a program created a few years ago to send Brazilian students to Europe, the United States, China and other places in order to graduate, master or doctorate) - A player places 2 of his cards on the board. If another player uses a plane to travel (overhead connections), he may pick up one or both cards.
- Armed Forces Support - During the infestation phase, take 3 cards from the infestation deck. Choose one of the cities to receive 3 cubes. The other two cities will not receive any cubes.
- Logistic Support - All players can move immediately up to 2 times between adjacent cities. There can be no displacement by plane.
After the event cards, we have the epidemic charts. Next we have the back side of all these cards.
Next we have the infestation cards and their back side.
Lastly we have the character cards and their back side.
Again I modified the names, created some and used others that already existed in the original game, according to what we have in Brazil:
Military medic - same as Medic in original game
General Clinic - same as the Generalist in the original game
Doctor of USP (University of São Paulo) - same as Scientist in the original game
Journalist - Same as Troubleshooter in original game
Civil Defense - same as Operations Expert in the original game
Researcher of FioCruz - equal to Researcher (without the lab challenge) in the original game
Nurse - Cities connected to the city where you are do not generate outbreaks with the fourth cube, but with the fifth. After performing your 4 actions, you can make an overland move to an adjacent city.
Social Worker - With an action, move a cube from an adjacent city of the same color as your city, placing it in your city. If this cube can cause an outbreak, you can not move it.
Minister of Health - same as the Dispatcher in the original game
Microbiologist - The limit of cards in the hand is 8.
Infectologist - Equals Quarantine Specialist in original game.
Biomedical - If you are in a research center you can give a card to another player who is also in a research center. The other player is required to give you a card from him.
RULES

I will translate what I wrote in this document.
PANDEMIC BRASIL - RULES
V. 1.5
Select, randomly, 5 of the 12 event cards to use in the game.
We suggest using Monopoly markers to represent Research Centers.
We suggest the use of RISK cookies to represent the disease cubes.
Use any pawn type with 4 different colors.
Dashed connections require 2 ACTIONS to be used. Traveling from Oiapoque to Campo Grande, for example, would spend 2 single player actions.
Outbreaks contaminate cities connected by airline (dashed lines)
ONLY IS ALLOWED TO BUILD RESEARCH CENTERS IN THE 27 CAPITAL. Some event cards allow the construction of research centers in non-capital cities.
All pawns start together in the same capital. The capital is at the discretion of the players, because this game will be played by Brazilians from various parts of the country.
All other rules follow the original Pandemic instruction manual.

Well ... I look forward to your response. I hope you enjoyed.
Unfortunately I lack the time to work better on the art of design. I wish I had done something more beautiful. I preferred to produce and adjust with time.
This version is print & play. Each person is downloading the files and printing the material to play at home or in their schools.
